skinning

skinning means changing the look of your application at run time and this is done by applying the css cascading style cheets also at run time this feature add a value to your application over the competitors and make the user happier with your work 

multi language

you may want to make your application provided with more than your default language you may add English and Arabic or Spanish together ...etc
this feature is accomplished by changing the locale variable and add your property file that contains the translations for every component
